Verpoorten Fruit Kebabs & Dip


FRUIT KEBAB:

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 3 kiwis

  • 1 pineapple

  • 1 cantaloupe

  • WHITE DIP:

  • 5 oz Verpoorten Original Egg Liqueur

  • 5 oz cream

  • 2 1/2 cup white chocolate

  • DARK DIP:

  • 5 oz Verpoorten Original Egg Liqueur

  • 8 1/2 oz cream

  • 2 oz sugar

  • 2 1/2 oz dark chocolate

  • Preparation

    1. Clean the fruit, peel and cut into walnut-sized pieces, and place them on the spits.

    2. Boil cream, remove from heat, mix yellow classics.

    3. Gently dissolve the chocolate in the microwave and mix it with the Verpoorten cream. Cool down.
