The original Frankfurter Apple Wine is produced according to tradition based on over 100 years of experience. Over 20,000 trees are picked in the Hessen hills. Their fresh fruits are pressed within a few days and fully fermented resulting in a premium product. Possman's Apple Wine is crisp, clear, with the distinct harmony of a tart wine and the fruit flavor of apple. It can be enjoyed all year round but is especially suited to the harvest season. Fully fermented with 5.5% alcohol by volume, the apple wine contains no additives, is extremely low on sugars, and very low in calories. With its natural fruit acids the wine is very soothing and enhances digestion. It is best enjoyed cold like a cider or lambic.
