This Riesling is Medium-Dry for a harmonious balance. The taste features racy acidity and minerality set against notes of pear and crisp citrus.
This Riesling will pair very well with seafood, lighter pasta dishes, and a variety of white meats such as chicken, turkey, or delicate cuts of pork.
