Lenz Moser is devoted to making Austria’s exceptional wine available to the world. Under the aegis of their experienced cellarmasters Lenz Moser can showcase the capabilities of large professional vineyards and small hobby producers. They aim to showcase the full range of Austria, from crisp Grüner Veltliner to rich Bordeaux style blends. Lenz Moser offers a diverse array of wines to easily match any need. The name of Lenz Moser is inextricably linked with wine-growing in Austria. The Lenz Moser estate winery was first mentioned in an official document as early as 1040, and was considered the point of departure for significant impulses aimed at preserving Austrian wine culture. It was their pioneer spirit that turned the Lenz Moser winery into what it is today: the market leader for quality Austrian wines. Moreover, being the most important exporter of Austrian wine, Lenz Moser contributes to spreading Austria’s wine culture into many countries of Europe, the USA, Canada, and East Asia. Lenz Moser combines centuries of wine culture with state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive know-how. The ecological approach in the vineyard is also applied in the winery and the bottle facilities. As a result, all Lenz Moser red wines become more pleasant to drink through organic fermentation. The red wines mature in traditional large wooden barrels or barriques in one of Central Europe’s most modern wineries. In each bottle, the Lenz Moser wines reveal their complex aromas of fully ripe grapes, their fresh fruit, and the varietal taste. These wines are well-suitable both for accompanying a good meal and for a friendly get-together that appreciates cultured and light culinary pleasures. This wine is 100% Grüner Veltliner, Austria's most widely cultivated varietal.
