
In 1810, Henry Meicher and his sons were the first entrepreneurs in Germany to produce brandy in the style of Cognac. It continued to grow and remained successful and Germany's largest wine distillery in 1930. Despite being completely destroyed in WWII, Dujardin was rebuilt and remains strong as ever.
1 ounce white crème de menthe 2 ounces of Dujardin Brandy Pour ingredients into a highball glass over ice, stir and serve
Brandy Alexander1 ounce Dujardin Brandy 1 ounce Crème de Cacao 1 ounce fresh cream Pour ingredients into a shaker, strain and serve. Garnish with nutmeg.
Drunken PharaohIn a shot glass, layer equal parts Dujardin Brandy, Goldwasser The Original, and Echte Kroatzbeere Blackberry Liqueur in that order.
Dujardin Manhattan1 1/2 Dujardin
1/2 part sweet vermouth
1 dash bitters
Shake well with ice. Strain into cocktail glass, add cherry and a twist of lemon.
1 Part Dujardin
1 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 part fresh orange juice
1 part sugar syrup
Shake well with ice, pour into cocktail glass, garnish with a slice of orange and a cocktail cherry.
