Alberti utilizes small, steam heated alembics to distill their sambuca, just as in ancient times. A blend of different ingredients are used such as elderflowers, coffee, and star anise to create a perfectly balanced great tasting product. Traditionally, sambuca is served neat or on the rocks with three floating coffee beans which represent health, happiness, and prosperity. It can serve as a substitute sweetener when added to coffee or water.
