Our "Black Forest Girl" Baden Pinot Noir shows great balance with soft, yet firm, tannin and typical berry flavors. Fuller in body, the Pinot Noir goes well as an aperitif or with a variety of dishes such as salmon, poultry, beef, lamb as well as with oriental and cajun foods. It also matches well with cheeses. Due to its fuller body, it also stands up to stronger cheeses like Roquefort, Stilton and Gorgonzola. Baden Pinot Noir is available in 750ML only. |
